I couldn't find the right place to post this so I just decided to do it here.

Ryan's support is great! I felt there was a need to post this thread because throughout the years I have used many different scripts and the support was not always the best, but Ryan has helped me fix any problem I have had so far in a timely manner.

No, I really don't have any other sites that I focus on. I have another one which I'll be launching after the release of the next version though.

I know this a one man show for support and I know he Ryan tries his best but I'm not that impressed with the support.

Still have template issues with one I bought that he never fixed. etc....If you buy a template don't expect it to be updated with the new release for a bit either.
