batch upload and auto-thumbnail

Two questions:

(1) Can I batch up load movies via ftp, or must I upload one movie at the time via admin?

(2) Will the script automatically create a thumbnail from the movie and show us the cover image for that movie, or must I upload a separate image for the thumbnail (as the admin demo setup seems to suggest)?

Yes the system actually works where you may upload the files via ftp.

No it does not automatically create a thumbnail, yet.

Yes, the software is fully templated which will allow you to easily integrate your design.
