Easy to code skin or not?

I want to buy humor software and use it for my next flash games site. I already purchased one arcade games script and prepared html and css design but I was unable to make skin for it since php and html wasn't separated and template system could be understood by creator only.
I want to take a look at files that are needed to edit for templates before I make another mistake and trow my money. If this is ok with you please send me files or let me look at code in another way.
